Welcome to my creative outlet. 

That is what I like to call it and what it basically is. A place to put all my ideas, late night rambles, thoughts and stories I have to tell at the end of the day. The main reason I started this blog many, many moons ago is photography. Not to be overdramatic, but I would say it is probably my favorite thing to do after breathing. I have been taking pictures of anything and everything as soon as the first camera fell into my hands and it has been the greatest love story ever since. Over the years I realized that there is something else I could never live without, and that 'something' was traveling. The urge to book the next train, bus or plane ticket to some unknown place is a constant companion of mine. As we all know, time and money are a crucial factor in that matter. I have yet to discover most continents, and loads of countries and cities, but I am getting there. 

In Spring 2015 I made the choice to go vegan, after being a vegetarian for about two years. In my case this means that I eat vegan and do my best to integrate veganism in all areas of my life gradually. It is an ongoing process, which still takes loads of reading, better knowledge on the topic and greater dedication on my part. And since it occasionally pops up in my posts and plays a prominent role in my life, I believe it is only fair to mention it. The art of minimalism and interior design have caught my eye lately as well, however at this point I'm still not sure if I am going to address these issues in any future posts. I guess time will tell. Same goes for the Fitness section of this blog. However, I love, love, love hiking. It's a shame I only realized that in the past few months, but better late than never. By the way, you can find little snippets of my adventures on my Instagram profile, which I pretty much dedicated completely to hiking fun some time ago.
